DEPOSIT POLICY:

OVER 21 PARTY RENTALS requires a 50% deposit on ALL contract’s at the time of signing, in order to secure your rental items. CONTRACTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSITS ARE MADE & RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE. The balance due is due the day of the event, before set up begins, if paying cash or 3 days prior to event date if using credit card in which lessee authorizes lessor to run the balance on the card. The only exception to the above, is if arrangements have been made 7 days prior to event in writing and agreed upon between both parties. please note that the drivers do not set-up until balance is received in full.

Any event scheduled 7 days or less is to be paid in full at time of reservation.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY **NOT DUE TO WEATHER**

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Effective immediately upon the signing of this agreement, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Invoice is non-refundable (for any reason) including but not limited to COVID-19 related cancellations or reschedules. Under no circumstance will this twenty-five percent (25%) be refunded or converted into any form of credit. over 21 Party Rentals will issue a CREDIT VOUCHER (rain check) for the remaining monies paid if customer cancels event in writing 30 days or more prior to event. IF CANCELLED 14-29 days you will be issued a CREDIT VOUCHER for ALL money paid less 75%, if cancelled 13 days or less prior to event you will loose all monies paid. ALL credit vouchers are valid for 6 months from event date valid Sunday thru Thursday not valid on holidays & black-out date’s, also based on availability, to use on future rentals, in lieu of refunds and is NON-TRANSFERABLE. – NON REFUNDABLE
Unfortunately Over21 Party Rentals cannot waiver from this policy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SPECIAL NEEDS THAT WERE MADE FOR THE CONTRACT; I.E. INSURANCE CERTIFICATES, OUTSIDE SOURCING OR OTHER RELATED ITEMS SPECIFIC TO YOUR CONTRACT THAT WERE DONE IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR ISSUED AS A CREDIT

WEATHER POLICY:

What about rain and wind?

Here at Over21 Party Rentals we use common sense when it comes to weather. If it is raining too hard or if the wind is blowing too hard we will have to come and take down the activity. Once the unit is set up there are NO REFUNDS due to Mother Nature.

INCLEMENT WEATHER /RAIN CANCELLATION POLICY

Safety is the first and foremost concern for our customers in the use of any equipment provided by Over21 Party Rentals and will always be subject to safe weather conditions. We will do our utmost best to accommodate our customers in the time of questionable weather. Ultimately we are unable to accept cancellations and/or changes due to slight weather. Although Over21 Party Rentals will try to accommodate last minute changes, during these inclement weather times, we deliver throughout the state of California are not always able to reschedule the delivery for “last minute changes”

Or “let’s just wait and see” circumstances.

Management of Over21 Party Rentals will retain sole discretion to determine all final weather related cancellations. The final decision will normally not be made within 24/48 hours of your event, in most cases because weather is out of our hands and changes from hour to hour. We respect your wishes for your event to go on and fully appreciate any frustrations that a cancelled event can bring about, however Over21 Party Rentals would like you to also respect our decisions in this matter which is based on our experience of inclement weather conditions and how those conditions would compromise overall safety of those renting the equipment.
Ultimately if Over21 Party Rentals decides that an event must be cancelled due to weather & safety concerns, we are sorry we cannot refund deposits, however customers who have paid deposits will have 6 months to use the deposit on future rentals, in lieu of deposit refunds.
If weather is questionable, we may (at our discretion) give you the option of setting up your inflatable(s) If you choose to take delivery (in questionable weather), once the item(s) have been set up, and the weather becomes worse to the point that, for safety reasons, Over21 Party Rentals decides the item(s) must be taken down, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS AND OR CREDITS.
Inclement Weather /Rain policy does not apply to indoor events or rental items that are not effected by weather, and does not apply to weather that is too hot or cold

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THESE SITUATIONS DUE TO WEATHER ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL, AND WE CANNOT CONSIDER ANY REQUEST TO CIRCUMVENT THE INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
