Do you deliver and setup?

Yes! Our courteous drivers will deliver and set up each rental item to insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party or event starts and come back to take it down after the party or event is over. Set-up and tear-down time varies depending on the size and complexity of items rented.

Please note that delivery fees may apply and are calculated upon number of items rented, number of delivery vehicle’s, etc. Please call with your zip code and items to get a more accurate quote. Delivery fees are usually calculated after rental items are established

What kind of power is required?

Over21 Party Rental’s basic equipment will plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. In addition, that the customer agrees to not use any splitters, or add other cords to our power cord or the outlet we are using. Doing so will add strain on the motor and may cause the motor to quit or a breaker to trip, causing the inflatable to collapse at a very fast rate. If we are called to come back due to a motor quitting there will be a $35.00 service fee. Placement of the Over21 Party Rental’s equipment should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up equipment at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50ft, let us know and we can arrange to rent you a generator for an addition charge

Can your equipment be rented overnight?

Yes! Some Over21 Party Rentals items can be rented for extended periods of time or overnight, as long as it is set up in a gated secure outdoor area or secured inside, depending on the items. There will be an extra charge. Please call for pricing.

What type of surface can your inflatables be set-up on?

The safest surface is a level, grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete or asphalt (we are unable to set-up on sand or on decks). Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for the event.

How do I make a reservation?

Simple! Just call us at 1-888-650-4FUN (386). Please note that a 50% deposit is required to reserve any items. Please see our deposit and cancellation policy below.

Do you do large or corporate events?

Yes! We do many large company or corporate festivals and events of all sizes. No job is too small or too big. Please give us a call and we can create a package for your specific event.

Are you insured?

Yes. All of our rental items are all insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent Over21 Party Rental items are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. Contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Over 21 Party Rental items until the liability waiver is signed.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes. Over21 Party Rental items are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations or permits in order to have rented items set-up at the park. Also check to see if electricity will be available. If not we can arrange to rent you a generator for an extra fee.
